The Global Fund for Children UK Trust supports grassroots organizations that work with children in
countries within the Commonwealth and those that address the plight of street children in Latin America
and trafficked children in Europe.

The Global Fund for Children UK Trust was established to extend the reach of The Global Fund for
Children, founded in the USA in 1994. The Global Fund for Children and The Global Fund for Children UK
Trust cooperate to raise funds in the United States and across Europe to further the joint mission of
advancing the dignity of children and young people throughout the world.

The Global Fund for Children UK Trust was incorporated as a charitable company limited by guarantee
in the United Kingdom on the 18th December 2006 (registered company number 06031876 England and
Wales) and as a registered charity number 1119544 on 7th June 2007.
